Comments: Mike called me back within 45s of pressing the “submit” button on this website. It was 7:45pm at night! He was fast, courteous and efficient in getting 3 property inspections completed within 72 hours notice. Reports were delivered that same night, as last as 9:30pm. We will certainly use Mike and Tyler Home Inspections again in the near future.

Project: Inspect, Analyze or Certify the Condition of a Roof

Comments: Michael was very professional, friendly, and prompt. I am trying to sell my home and needed an inspection of my roof ASAP to submit to my relocation company. Michael was booked on the day that I called, but managed to fit me in between appointments and inspect my roof. He arrived at the time he said and was nice. He found several areas that required repairs – which I wasn’t happy with, but I wanted an honest inspection. I would highly recommend him.
